Hannah Almond

Hannah has over 600 hours of training; her teachers include Dylan Ayaloo, Uma SpenderSarah Lo and Laurent Roure

She began teaching in 2013 across several studios in London before becoming Head of Yoga and Pilates at BLOK London from 2016 to 2021 when she moved to St.Leonards on Sea. She teaches vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga as well as meditation and pranayama. Teaching yoga for Hannah is more about creating a community rather than simply creating a class.She strives to create an experience for you that you can take beyond the mat and expand into your truest self.

Hannah offers the following yoga class on a Tuesday evening at 6pm - Sunset Flow- 60 min 

This session is designed to support you through your week. It will begin with vinyasa to warm up the body and open the breath. guiding you into a new vibration in order to prepare you for deep opening and release in a series of yin shapes before finishing with a meditative Savansana.
