Kristiana is a skilled and passionate yoga instructor who will be offering Yin Yoga classes at The Wellington Centre starting in November 2024. Her teaching philosophy centers on the profound connection between the body and mind, viewing yoga as a pathway to self-discovery and inner wisdom. Since beginning her teaching journey in the Yasawa Islands of Fiji in 2016, Kristiana has been dedicated to sharing her insights and uplifting spirit with her students. She believes in a reciprocal relationship between teacher and student, valuing the wisdom that each individual brings to the practice. Kristiana’s classes are designed to foster this connection, encouraging participants to explore their own bodies and minds. Over 1000 hours of yoga teaching experience in Fiji, London, and online
Yoga Alliance member
Trained in various yoga styles including Yin, Taoist, Trauma-Informed, Ashtanga, and Hatha
Certified Psychosomatic Therapist
Studied under notable teachers and at schools in India, Australia, and the USA
Yin Yoga Classes
Schedule: Fridays at 1pm (60 minutes) in the Yoga Studio (Room 8)
