Rachel Bednarski
Rachel is a trauma informed breathwork instructor, somatic coach, and yoga and meditation teacher guiding people to come down from their mind into the trust and wisdom of their body, so they can feel and experience life, rather than thinking and analysing their way through it.
Rachel’s unique approach combines breathwork with movement, sound, and somatic practices to release tension and trauma and return to our most fluid, free, connected selves.
The foundation of her work is the belief that when we work with our bodies to stop pathologising our feelings we can finally feel them, listen to them, and learn from our body’s innate intelligence.
