My first work experiences were in art and design, and in art education.

I trained as a psychoanalytic child and adolescent psychotherapist at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic, qualifying in 2001, and have worked in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, (CAMHS), for over twenty years.

During my work for the NHS, I maintained a private practice. To broaden my scope, I completed the additional training and MA in Psychoanalytic Couple Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relations in 2012. More recently, in 2022, I completed the training in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, also at Tavistock Relations.

I have presented to the Bridge Foundation Annual Conference on Grief in Children and continue to work at the Tavistock Relations as a visiting clinician. Currently I am working with the National Centre for Supervision of Parent-Infant Relationships, and peri-natal work is an area of particular interest to me.

I am a member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists, and of the British Psychoanalytic Council.

My fee is £70 per session, but I always take circumstances into consideration.
