About me:
I moved to Hastings Old Town 2 years ago from London. I am currently interested in meditation, tantric yoga, dance and ceremony. I am a Vedic Art Teacher and Art Coach.
I have been practising the Healing Arts since I qualified in early nineties in Massage, Aromatherapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Body Harmony, Past Life Regression and Vivation Rebirthing. Constantly updating I am now practising in the following:
Complementary Therapies
Reiki and Sekhem are high vibrational forms of energy channelling where a sacred electromagnetic frequency is brought through my crown and out through my hands into your body to use for healing and transformation. As a Master of many systems I am able to tailor each session appropriately. You may experience very deep relaxation often accompanied by spiritual/mental realisations and life/body changes and some healing of your mind, body and spirit.
One hour sessions £60.
Master healing sessions £75 for one hour or £90 for 90 minutes.
They incorporate an initial counselling to discuss your problem areas and give recommendations for Reiki to assist you to push through challenges. Reiki is an invigorating and cleansing experience which aids in the release of issues from the past. It balances our energy centres and you often obtain very helpful insights. I specialise in sessions to alleviate stress and help with emotional issues as well as assisting in physical misalignments.
Master sessions include the option for a healing attunement , Reiki psychic surgery or karmic repatterning. These are advised when appropriate.
Sekhem is a higher vibrational form and often suits Reiki Masters and those already advanced on their spiritual path. Master for 19 years. Attunements are available one-to-one to Master Level. See www.sekhem-reiki.com for details of the 4 levels.
Past Life Regression employs very deep relaxation to enable conscious recall of past lives either with the aim of processing and releasing obsolete patterns or bringing forward forgotten gifts. It is transformational and has powerful benefits in your current life.

Breathwork includes Vivation, a body orientated form of rebirthing, some pranayama and shamanic techniques. You can enrol for the full 10 one-to-one sessions from traditional Rebirthing which I have been doing for over 30 years .

Spirit Release and Space Clearing of People and Properties involves the neutralising of uncomfortable and unhealthy subtle energies such as those that may accumulate from illness or death or psychic disturbances. 30 years experience.
