Hi, I’m Ruth, an accredited and insured Clinical EFT Practitioner passionate about helping individuals overcome personal challenges, achieve their goals and live their most authentic lives.
By integrating Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT / tapping) with meditation and energy psychology coaching, I guide my clients in removing emotional blocks, empowering them to reach their true potential.
EFT is an emotion-focused therapy that combines acupressure with elements of cognitive and exposure therapies and can be highly effective for a multitude of issues:

This powerful technique allows clients to safely and gently address the root causes of their struggles, leading to a profound and lasting transformation.
My journey with healing began with my own struggles—overcoming depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and grief. Over the years, I explored various therapeutic modalities, each offering some relief but never quite addressing the root of my issues until I discovered EFT. This powerful technique allowed me to address the root causes of my struggles, leading to a significant shift in my mental and emotional well-being.
Online & in-person sessions:
In my practice, I work with clients from all over the world through online sessions and in person at the Wellington Centre. Having trained with American and British institutions I am continuously undergoing professional development under the leaders in the industry. Living a life of freedom and service to others is deeply fulfilling for me, and I am honoured to be part of each client’s journey towards empowerment and self-discovery.
Fees:
£60 per 60-minute session / £75 per 75-minute session.
