Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, it uses different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayama (breathing), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the mind, body and soul. Join us for cozy candlelit Kundalini yoga & meditation this autumn.
Classes are open to all and suitable for those looking to cultivate a regular practice in a welcoming space.

About Yeli: Yeli has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2010. Her teaching style is compassionate, uplifting and energising. She is an experienced yoga teacher (2000+ hours) and is insured to teach with Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP).
