Beginners Yoga - drop ins welcome!
A chance to find a little peace in both body and mind and learn some of the basics of a yoga practice.
As this current course isn't full Karen has a few spaces available for drop ins. There are 5 sessions remaining over the course of 6 weeks (I am away on 3rd April).
