What happens in Circle?

This is a non-competitive space to gather as women. We sit around an alter which is usually made up of candles, plants, pictures, water, anything that connects us to ourselves and the natural world. We each have an opportunity to talk and to share. We are witnessed, seen and heard. We speak from the heart and respect what our sisters share, ensuring we maintain confidentiality for the safety of all. We may engage in meditation, song and ceremony. These circles are safe and welcoming spaces.
