This workshop is designed to be an opportunity to step into a new power; embracing the warmer weather and opening the body. With 90 min of powerful vinyasa to really allow you to dig deeply into your practise and 30 min of breath work to support releasing stagnant energy. The longer session will also give time to explore headstands and side crow. Two hours to connect to your body and build a more positive relationship with it.
