If you’re feeling the heaviness of the world more acutely these days, you are not alone.
This course teaches a simple yet effective style of meditation that will help you establish a consistent, daily practice. Created to support the many individuals and diverse communities this 6-week course (with a break for the Bank Holiday on 6th May) is intended to provide a safe, intimate, and community-led space.
Mindfulness Meditation is a powerful approach that can help you reduce stress and anxiety, and create deep rest in your mind and body. You will develop, and most importantly, sustain a daily practice using mindfulness meditation, allowing you to:

Achieve inner balance and peace
Develop an ability to live fully in the Now
Connect authentically with those around you
Nurture a deeper and more compassionate understanding of our complex world
Weekly lessons
Each 60-minute session includes a teaching, instructions & practice followed by a group process (Q&A).

If you can’t make all dates you are able to book make up sessions with Tam upon request, which will be priced at £66 and taking place either by the beach (weather permitting) or on Zoom on a mutually agreed on date/time. The costs can be shared with other students.
Meet your teacher
Tamara Klien is a Meditation Teacher, Ceremonialist and Sound Practitioner whose sessions are rooted in ancient healing techniques, delivered in an accessible way to help manage the modern challenges of the 21st century.
Her experience draws upon decades of personal meditation practice including multiple silent meditation retreats (Vipassana), Transcendental and Vedic Meditation. She also trained in awareness and compassion-based Mindfulness Meditation with world-renown Meditation Teachers, clinical Psychologists (Ph.D.) and best-selling authors Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
