Big yin is a 90min session designed to restore the nervous system. Each session on a Sunday combines yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation to create space for radical rest and to set you up for quality sleep ahead of a new week. Hannah offers essential oils in these sessions and are optional to incorporate. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, These oils are often used directly on the body or in diffusion. Research highlights that sense of smell is closely linked to the brain's limbic system, which has an important role in behaviour and emotions.
