Beginners Gentle Yoga
Do you want to ease pain and stiffness in your body? Be more mobile and flexible?This is a class that focuses on the very basics of yoga. Aimed at gently mobilising the joints to ease stiffness and increase flexibility, aiding daily functional movements to avoid injuries, and improving breathing capacity to increase general well-being to help you deal with whatever life throws at you.
