Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga: 1 day course with Ashtanga Yoga Hastings. 

Have you ever wanted to learn Ashtanga Yoga or how to create a personal self-practice?

Or wanting to deepen your own existing yoga practice?

Join Ashtanga Yoga Hastings in October for a comprehensive introduction to Ashtanga Yoga and the primary series. This is the third time they have run this course, and they can’t wait to host it again in the Autumn! Students/participants will learn the key principles and postures for a foundational yoga practice that they can continue to develop at home, in the self practice space and in led classes. Each student will get a mini course handbook to keep, too.

The course is led by senior yoga teacher, Andy Gill, and assisted by Gina Stewart. It is suitable for those new to Ashtanga Yoga or yoga in general, as well as those with an established yoga practice in any lineage (it’s always good to go back to basics...)

10am - 4pm (with a 1.5 hour break for lunch)
