This workshop is designed to help you to enhance your natural resilience through the power of Qigong. We will focus on specific movements and breathing exercises to support our immune system and to improve energy /qi flow.
By practicing these techniques, you can reduce stress, improve circulation, and boost your body’s ability to fight off illness.
If you lead a healthy lifestyle and still feel a cold or sickness approaching, it’s time for a little “Qi boost.”
Qigong is a wonderful practice to help us stay healthy and energized!
In this workshop you will learn:
· Qigong of the Swallow - these specific movements will improve energy flow, reduce stress; improve blood and Qi circulation and enhance your overall health.
· In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs are our first line of defence against external conditions such as wind which can lead to colds, flu, and allergies. We will practise a breathing technique which will support, clean and strengthen your lungs.
The gentle, easy-to-learn exercises are suitable for all levels. If you have never practised Qigong before this workshop is an ideal starting point.
