Come join this wellness circle - unite with like-minded women, be witnessed, raise our voices, and connect with each other. We will spend time in ceremonial circle, sharing, chanting, singing, exploring ways to maximise our wellness and connection.

This circle is a place for women to just 'be', to listen and to be heard, to be seen and to accept others – We will engage in connection practises, nourishing cocoa and chanting; a circle in which to be, speak and listen, a space to share and to reflect.
