Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness, we use different combinations of asanas (posture), pranayama (breathing), mantra (sound), bandha (body locks) and deep meditation to connect the mind, body and soul.
Join us as we dive into deeply restorative kundalini yoga and meditation practices to support us energetically, as we move towards the winter solstice, a time for rest, reflection and rejuvenation.
Classes are open to all and suitable for those curious about the benefits of kundalini yoga and meditation 🙏.
About Yeli: Yeli has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2010. Her teaching style is compassionate, uplifting and energising. She marries the ancient tradition of kundalini yoga with evolving wisdom and practices from the kundalini yoga medicine series, which are sequences
of postures curated by her own teacher. She is an experienced yoga teacher (2000+ hours) and is insured to teach with Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP).
