MONTHLY ELEMENTAL EVENING WORKSHOPS WITH GINA STEWART YOGA
& LOST AND FOUND ORACLE
Join Gina & Leyla for an evening of yoga, cacao ceremony, card work & yoga nidra themed around the EARTH element.
Gina will begin by guiding you through a grounding meditation and into a yoga practice - we will work through firstly connecting to our bodies, then quietening our minds. Followed by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and Oracle Card work led by Leyla, and closing with some deeply restorative yoga nidra.
Our mission is to continually discover new ways to connect more deeply with our hearts, empowering us to move through life’s waves with greater ease.
